Pickup Policy

Pickup Only

All online orders placed through Smoke & Vape Shop (vegaspuff.com) are Pickup Only.
We do not offer shipping or delivery.

ID Requirement

The name on the order must match the government-issued ID presented at pickup.

Requirements:

• Customer must be 21 years or older

• Valid government-issued photo ID must be shown

• ID name must match the order name

If the ID does not match the order, the order will not be released.

Third-Party Pickup

We do not allow third-party pickups. Only the person who placed the order may pick it up.

Pickup Time

Orders must be picked up within 7 days.
Orders not picked up within this period may be canceled at our discretion.
