At Smoke & Vape Shop, all sales are final due to the nature of the products we sell.

All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after a purchase has been completed, whether the purchase was made online or in-store.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of pickup.

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • An exchange for the same item, or

  • Contact for the provider.

Items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include the receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Disposable vapes

  • E-liquids / vape juices

  • Cartridges or pods

  • Tobacco products

  • Glass products

  • Any opened or used item
